Owner and lead contractor Brad Bohn got his start in the trades running a house painting business to put himself through college. That hands-on drive quickly evolved into a passion for building, beginning with a timber frame barn restoration in northern New Hampshire—the kind of project that taught the value of precision, hard work, and respect for a structure's story.
After two decades serving clients in the Seattle area, he recently returned home to New Hampshire to be closer to family and reconnect with the place where his career began. Servicing the Kearsarge area such as New London, Sunapee and Bradford, Sutton Hill Construction is committed to delivering thoughtful design, reliable execution, and lasting results for every home we touch.
